Graston Technique® utilizes patented stainless steel instruments, uniquely shaped to treat different areas of the body. The Graston Technique® breaks down and releases scar tissue and is great for releasing adhesions that prevent normal range of motion, strength and function.

Graston Technique® is an innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables Arrow Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation therapists to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The technique utilizes the instruments to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.

Graston Technique® is successful in effectively treating all soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute or post-surgical including conditions such as meniscal tears, plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow. The Graston Technique® offers many advantages to the patient such as:
